Cancellations

The below cover most of our adventures. Always check details with us before booking.

Day trips -

If you cancel a booking:

• less than 14 days prior to departure date - No refund  or you can reschedule for another  Day trip date within 6 months of original date.

• 14 days or more - Refund less 20%

2 - 4 Day trips -

If you cancel a booking:

• less than 14 days prior to departure date - No refund or you can reschedule for another trip of same or lesser value to be taken within 6 months of original date (no refund on difference)

• 14 days or more -  Refund less 20%

​Trips 5 Days or more - (Except Dirk Hartog Island)

If you cancel a booking:

• 0 to 30 days before the departure date - No refund.

• 30 or more days prior to the departure –  Refund less 20% 

​

DIRK HARTOG ISLAND - A Non refundable deposit is required to book your place.

The only way to recover your money if you cancel is to find a replacement for your spot.

Cancellations by Us

If we cancel your tour, you can transfer the amount paid towards a tour on an alternate date or alternatively receive a full refund.

In circumstances where a cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs.

• Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is NOT INCLUDED in the cost of your tour. It is strongly recommended that you have personal travel insurance sufficient to cover not being able to travel on the confirmed date of departure.

• Health and Safety

You acknowledge that the nature of the tour is adventure travel and participation involves a degree of personal risk. You agree to advise us prior to commencement of any tour of any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to participate in any part of the tour or other information we need to know to include you safely in the tour or activity.  We reserve the right to withdraw any person who in our opinion is likely to endanger themselves or others.

• Use of Your Image

Throughout our tours we will take photos which may include you. We may wish to use those photos for promotional purposes. By joining the tour, you acknowledge and agree that we may take photos of you and you consent to us using images of you taken during the tour for our advertising and promotional purposes in any medium we choose. You grant us to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.

If you don’t wish to take part, please inform your guide at the start of your tour. We will not use any image containing persons under the age of 18 years without firstly asking you. All images will be sent through after the tour and any photos you do not want used plrease let us know within 7 days of receiving.

• Claims and Complaints

If you have a complaint about your tour, please inform your guide or our representative as soon as possible in order that they can attempt to rectify the matter. If you are unsatisfied with the resolution at this level, then any further complaint should be put in writing and sent via email to info@getlosttours.com.au or by post to U8/173 Bank St, East Vic Park, WA 6101  within 7 days of the end of the tour.
