Meeting Point: Overlander Roadhouse approx 700kms from Perth CBD (allow approx 7.5hrs travel time)

Duration of trip - 10 days/10 nights

(Full meeting details given once booking is made)

Details: This will be a 10 day trip with lots of fishing, 4wding, relaxing and exploring. We will meet up at

Overlander Roadhouse where we will fuel up if needed and then proceed in convoy to the first campsite.

This is remote camping and ALL provisions will need to be taken in. And all rubbish to be taken out.

ALL rubbish will need to be taken back with you so try to keep waste to a minimum. Pack wisely.

Things you will need:

You will need to be fully self sufficient for the full 10 days. There are no shops, fuel, power, fresh water or conveniences once we enter the camping/fishing area.

Bring all your Cooking and camping equipment required. Food and snacks. Drinking Water to cover the 10 days plus

any water for other uses. Spare fuel if you don't have long-range tanks.  Fishing gear, bait and tackle. Quiet generators

are welcome. Solar panels are always a great idea. Canoes/kayaks. We will supply some bait (Occy, Squid & Mullies),

but you can bring your own if you prefer. Some spare fishing equipment will be available for use.

Ideally this trip would suit swags, tents & off road campers. There is access to launch boats off the beach at a couple of our camp locations if you would like to bring your small/medium tinny. ALL safety gear must be worn and used when going out on your boat, and all current licences and permits MUST be available for inspection if required. Canoes/Kayaks/SUP are also welcome but just remember it is Shark Bay and named that for a reason :P

If you would like to shower please remember to  bring your shower bag, also extra water to fill it. We will have a shower & shower tent for use if you need, just supply your own water.

The area we will be entering has a policy that porta-loo/chemical toilets are used. So your vehicle must have one onboard. There are dump points at two areas on the station.

Ammenities will be scarce so please come equiped.

Be sure to bring your camera as there will be some great photo opportunities in the area.

Breakfast will be provided for you to cook up in the mornings when you are ready.

We will have bacon, eggs, beans/spag, toast. small box Cereals, Tea, Coffee, Milk and Milo.

There will also be nibbles supplied at the end of each day when we stop and relax for the evening at camp.

All other meals, drinks and nibbles are BYO.

Dogs are welcome on this trip but as it is a working station, dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times. Rules of the station owners.

Make sure you bring all provisions for your mate and remember your poop scoop. Same rules apply here, clean up after your dog.

Dogs must be kept under control at all times, and not left at camp unsupervised even if on a run rope.

Rates:  $1240 (inc gst) per person.

MAXIMUM of 8 people on this trip so make sure you book now to ensure your spot,

otherwise you will have to wait until next year)

This will include all Park/Camping fees, breakfast, nibbles & bait. Plus some main meals that we will put on for everyone to share, hopefully fish :). We are hoping to bring a freezer unit to store bait and fish fillets in so you can keep your fridge/freezer for your food and drinks until your trip home. We will supply bags for your fillets and a filleting table.

When we have numbers we will have a pre trip meeting to say hi, and make sure everyone has a rundown on what is required for the trip. Then two weeks prior to heading off, we will touch base to make sure everyone is good to go.

Important-  Water is your most precious & essential item to pack.

It is recommended that packing a minimum of  2 litres or up to litres (if hot weather)

of drinking water per person, per day.

Then you have to take into account water for pets (If allowed on trip), Dishes, Showers, Washing

& General use, Cooking, Cleaning, Windscreen washer etc.. Always better to have more than run out!

Each car will also receive a goodie bag from Get Lost Tours
